PROJECT DETAILS

On a half-acre infill lot anchored with several large fir trees, this Lake Oswego, OR home was designed for an active family relocating from California. Upon entering, a double-height gable-vaulted great room greets you with accents of warm cedar, open trusses, and a limestone cladded fireplace as an upper level bridge floats across the room connecting the two wings of the house. Taking advantage of the natural beauty of the site, the existing 100 year old fir trees were protected and maintained at the rear of the property while expansive glass opens the north facade of the home to an outdoor terrace and the forested yard beyond.
