PROJECT DETAILS:
The homeowners of this existing 1958 house loved the Mid-Century feel, but an ill-conceived 90’s remodel and general maintenance neglect birthed a revamping of the structure. The main living spaces were small and compartmentalized, and the home was in slight disrepair; thus, a remodel/addition focused on expanding the existing galley kitchen, reorganizing the master suite, and making usable space of the daylight basement – all while bringing the home back into its Mid-Century state.
