The couple, along with their two young boys, aimed to create a comprehensive master plan to address deferred maintenance and enhance the home’s layout into a functional four-bedroom, three-bath design. Key objectives include reorienting the main entry for improved accessibility, establishing direct access to the rear yard, and updating the master bedroom and bathroom for better storage and functionality.
