By magazine, Myrtle Mid-Century, publicity, Remodel, Residential, Van Evera Bailey

The Myrtle Mid-Century house made the cover of Luxe Magazine! The November/December issue features a 16-page spread of the Van Evera Bailey house we renovated last year. Expertly photographed by David Papazian and written by Brian Libby, the feature speaks to the challenges of bringing this lesser-known Bailey house into the modern era while retaining its iconic form. Best of Houzz: Design & Service 2016

By Awards, Best of Houzz, Houzz

Giulietti / Schouten Architects was awarded Best of Houzz: Design, and Best of Houzz: Service for 2016! This is the firm’s FIFTH consecutive year winning the design award and its THIRD time winning the service award in the past 5 years. Awards are given in two categories: Design and Customer Satisfaction. If you see a green Design badge on a professional’s profile page, that means one (or more) of the portfolio images was among those that were added to the most ideabooks in 2015. The above images from the Hollcroft Residence and Crane Penthouse projects collected more than 275,000 views last year and were added to thousands of “ideabooks” for inspiration.
