Explore A Serene Portland Condo That Embraces River Views. For a frequently traveling attorney and her writer husband, it was becoming ever more important to have a welcoming home base. “I wanted spaces that were true to minimalism but also warm and comforting,” she says. So, they worked with architects Steven Glassman, Jake Weber and Stephen Tobler to make a floor-through condo in Portland with stunning views of the Willamette River the serene residence they imagined.

Cedar + Stone Office Featured in Stone World

Cedar + Stone Office is featured in Stone World! The article highlights the use of Indiana limestone in the design of the office building at a historic cemetery in Portland, OR. Designed by Giulietti Schouten Weber Architects, the building’s exterior and interior incorporate this durable and warm material, chosen for its timeless appeal and permanence. The building features smooth limestone for the colonnade and rough-cut limestone for accent walls, creating a balance of modern design and classic materials. The limestone is intended to last for centuries, embodying both strength and tranquility for the space, which serves administrative and reflection purposes.

LUXE RED Awards: Rangers Ridge Wins Regional Award

We’re excited to announce that Giulietti / Schouten AIA Architects was named the winner of a LUXE RED Award for design excellence! Rangers Ridge in Redmond, OR was chosen for the regional award as the best major renovation in the Pacific Northwest. Tim flew to NYC last week week to accept the award.
