Newberg Ridge House Wins Concrete Excellence Award

Exciting news! The Newberg Ridge House has won a prestigious Excellence in Concrete Award from the Oregon Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association! We are honored and grateful to receive this recognition for such a unique project. Concrete played a pivotal role in allowing us to push the boundaries of design and create unique structural elements that showcase the versatility and beauty of the material. Thanks to our clients, the contractor / concrete finisher Whitaker Ellis, and the whole team for making this such a successful project! And thank you to this year’s jurors!

LUXE RED Awards: Rangers Ridge Wins Regional Award

We’re excited to announce that Giulietti / Schouten AIA Architects was named the winner of a LUXE RED Award for design excellence! Rangers Ridge in Redmond, OR was chosen for the regional award as the best major renovation in the Pacific Northwest. Tim flew to NYC last week week to accept the award. Best of Houzz: Design & Service 2016

This is the firm’s FIFTH consecutive year winning the design award and its THIRD time winning the service award in the past 5 years. Awards are given in two categories: Design and Customer Satisfaction. Bedroom Wins Zillow Digs Western Regional Design Award

Four Giulietti | Schouten ARCHITECTS Designs Advance To Regional Finals!

Four designs by GIULIETTI | SCHOUTEN A R C H I T E C T S have advanced to the regional finals in the Zillow Digs Design Awards.  Designers, builders and architects from around the western region of the U.S. submitted designs in various categories including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms. The four top designs in each category were selected, or ‘dug’, by Zillow Digs users.  Two of the four finalists in both the bathrooms and bedrooms categories were GIULIETTI | SCHOUTEN A R C H I T E C T S designs!
